About the role

The Founding Director, School of Nursing will lead the development and implementation of innovative nursing education programs, ensuring high standards of academic excellence and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the School of Nursing
• Oversee curriculum design and faculty development
• Establish partnerships with healthcare providers and industry leaders
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage budget and resources effectively
• Supervise faculty and staff members
• Engage in research and scholarship activities

Requirements

• PhD in Nursing or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in nursing education
• Proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with grant writing and securing funding

$120,000 - $150,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
