About the role
Join Movo AI as our founding Customer Success Manager to build the customer function from scratch. You will own the end-to-end post-sale journey—from onboarding and use-case consulting to driving renewals and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-stack customer journey, including onboarding new SMB clients, consulting on specific voice AI use cases, and ensuring deep product adoption.
- Manage end-to-end commercial conversations, including building the renewal engine and identifying expansion opportunities to drive net revenue retention.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams to relay customer feedback, influence the roadmap, and build scalable customer success playbooks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an early hire or high-performing operator at a growth-stage SaaS company (e.g., Clay, Gong, Attentive) or vertical SaaS leader (e.g., Toast, ServiceTitan).
- Exceptional commercial instincts with a track record of owning expansions, renewals, and consultative sales processes for non-technical buyers.
- A builder's mindset with a history of scrappy execution, potentially as a former founder or a founding team member at a YC-backed startup.
