About the role

Join super{set}'s Signal program to transform raw startup concepts into production-ready AI platforms in weeks. As a hands-on founding architect, you will leverage a 10x AI-augmented stack to build multi-agent systems and full-stack MVPs. This mission-critical role offers extreme autonomy to define categories that don't yet exist while shipping code daily.

Responsibilities

• Take napkin-sketch startup concepts to production-grade MVPs with real users in weeks, owning everything from database schemas to the final UI pixel.
• Architect and deploy complex autonomous systems using modern LLM orchestration frameworks like Agno or LangGraph to solve real-world logic challenges.
• Represent the engineering culture of super{set} by engaging with the global AI developer community, publishing technical writing, and presenting at top-tier conferences.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping successful greenfield projects from scratch as a founder, founding engineer, or lead builder of production-grade products.
• Expert-level fluency with AI-augmented development workflows and a polyglot background across Go, Rust, or Python for backend and React/Next.js for frontend.
• Excited by in-person collaboration in downtown San Francisco, thriving in high-velocity whiteboard sessions where zero-to-one product decisions happen in real-time.
