About the role
ReachRx, New York City, United States. As a founding AI engineer, you'll play a key role in architecting, implementing, and deploying projects that impact the lives of millions of patients. You'll develop a cutting edge search and retrieval product, design and ship beautifully simple user interfaces, and architect systems to make the world's medical knowledge accessible.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure
- Develop infrastructure for low-latency search and retrieval systems
- Research and develop novel search and retrieval techniques that leverage LLMs
- Ingest, index, and process datasets comprising of millions of complex documents
- Play a key role in shaping our engineering organization and company culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience in product-driven companies
- Experience across frontend, backend, and data processing systems
- Proficiency in Python, Typescript, PostgreSQL
- Passion for AI and LLMs
- Strong opinions about code quality with pragmatic delivery
