Founding AI Engineer

About the role

We’re building the first agentic remediation platform for IT security. The platform closes the gap between identifying risk and actually fixing it by ingesting security and operational signals, classifying them into concrete remediation targets, and using an endpoint agent to collect real-time telemetry and execute fixes. Our systems help teams focus on what truly matters.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI systems that power autonomous remediation, including data collection, model training, and orchestration services.
• Develop and train models for data classification, remediation generation, and action planning.
• Create and evaluate datasets for model training.
• Integrate AI services into backend systems and user workflows.
• Collaborate with fullstack and agent engineers to connect AI output to customer environments.

Requirements

• Strong Python background; experience with frameworks like PyTorch, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with data engineering, retrieval, or model fine-tuning.
• Experience integrating AI inference into production systems (API orchestration, monitoring, etc.).
• Experience with leading large language models (LLMs), fine tuning, and performance.
• Previously shipped efforts utilizing agentic frameworks, such as langgraph/langchain.
• Experience in cybersecurity or IT B2B preferred.

Qualifications

We're looking for a Founding AI Engineer who can bring their expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and experience with relevant frameworks. They should also be familiar with data engineering and model fine-tuning, and have experience integrating AI into production systems. Additionally, previous experience with large language models and agentic frameworks would be beneficial.
