White Circle is an AI Safety company developing the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. Our platform includes policies—simple natural-language rules defining AI model behavior. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale. We've raised $11M from top funds, founders, and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, Datadog, Sentry, and others. We process over 100M+ API calls monthly and fine-tune/train our own LLMs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. We're at a multi-million dollar run rate, with signed customers including Lovable and multiple neobanks.
What You'll Do
- Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through close
- Develop relationships with AI leaders, engineering teams, platform teams, security teams, and executive stakeholders
- Run product demos and help customers understand how White Circle fits into their AI stack
- Navigate complex buying processes involving technical teams, legal, procurement, and executive decision-makers
- Work closely with CEO & Head of Revenue on strategic opportunities
- Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams
- Help develop the messaging, sales process, and playbooks that will support future growth
Must-haves
- 2+ years closing net-new B2B SaaS/AI to mid-market or enterprise, where ACV > $100k and product was not sold mainly on brand or relationships
- Tech-literate—can hold conversations about complex technical products and have credibility with technical buyers
- Previously worked as an SDR and graduated to AE in no more than 2 years
- Operate effectively without established playbooks or processes
- Extensive cold calling experience
- Ready to hunt your own deals initially
- Strong English skills
- Readiness to travel to clients
Strong nice-to-haves
- Sold technical or security/infra/dev-tools products
- Founded a company or built something from scratch
- Built as an early sales hire at a startup, especially a YC company
- Experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or in another technical role
What success looks like after 12 months
- Closed multiple large logos, adding millions in revenue
- Helped establish repeatable sales processes and messaging
- Built strong relationships across the AI ecosystem
