• Support the CEO with high-level strategic tasks such as fundraising material preparation, investor communications, and financial tracking.
• Drive the company's growth by running point on hiring logistics, talent sourcing, and building essential internal processes from scratch.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fast-moving startup environments, operations, or program management with a track record of handling ambiguous, high-stakes projects.
• A "no task is too small" mentality combined with the ability to switch between physical lab setup and executive-level coordination seamlessly.
• Exceptional organizational skills and energy, thriving in a small-team setting where you act as the primary glue for all non-technical functions.
