Job Summary

Founders Factory is seeking a Founder & CEO to lead the development of a continuous, ambient home monitoring platform for detecting early signs of cognitive and neurological decline. This role involves building the clinical wedge, securing a lighthouse partner, navigating regulatory paths, and establishing the venture as a category leader.

Responsibilities

• Define the clinical wedge and target population/care setting for the first deployment
• Turn ambient data into clinical intelligence through algorithm development
• Secure a lighthouse partner and navigate the regulatory path
• Design the family-facing experience and build the company

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with the US healthcare ecosystem
• Strong product and technical instincts
• Experience selling to complex healthcare buyers
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Passion for ageing, neuroscience, or caregiver support

Qualifications

• Founder or senior operator with experience building health-tech, med-tech, or digital health products
• Experience in the US healthcare ecosystem: Medicare reimbursement, FDA regulatory pathways, health system procurement, or pharma partnerships
• Strong product and technical skills: reasoning about sensor data, ML pipelines, clinical validation, and care delivery models

Pay

• $128k ring-fenced build budget
