About the role
You will work closely with the Co-founder and executive team to address critical business challenges. This role combines financial modeling, process redesign, and client engagement, offering a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a fast-growing fintech startup.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects, including client deployments and internal operations.
- Leverage AI and coding tools to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare high-level board materials and synthesize complex information for executive teams.
- Build new business functions from the ground up, gaining exposure to executive decision-making and cross-functional leadership.
Requirements
- A high-agency generalist with uncommon judgment and a preference for rapid execution over perfection.

- An exceptional communicator capable of drafting clear internal documentation and engaging with external stakeholders.
