Foundation Repair Helper

Baird Foundation Repair is seeking a reliable Foundation Repair Helper to assist with installing systems that protect the safety and stability of our customers’ homes. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to build a long-term career in the construction trade.

About the role

Working under the direction of a Foreman, you’ll support daily operations by assisting with job site setup and cleanup, preparing tools and materials, and ensuring all equipment is properly loaded, organized, and ready for each project. With our Pay Per Job Bonus Structure, many team members earn $19–$26/hour or more. The harder you work, the more you earn.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to do physically demanding labor (digging, carrying, lifting, crawling, climbing, kneeling)
• Preemployment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check
• Ability to travel 30% to 50% of the time
• Driver's License (Required)
• Ability to commute to San Antonio, TX 78223 (Required)

Pay

Many team members earn $19–$26/hour or more with our Pay Per Job Bonus Structure.
