What You'll Do

• Traveling ON TIME to the office with a reliable vehicle
• Traveling ON TIME to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle
• Completing on-site projects which includes:
  • Exterior waterproofing
  • Interior water management systems
  • Yard drainage systems
  • Crawl space encapsulation systems
  • R19 insulation (can include removal of existing insulation)
  • Excavations manually or with heavy equipment

Nature of Work/Conditions

Work is typically performed in basements and crawl spaces but can also include digging and backfilling trenches. Work requires constant movement, is strenuous, physical and can include standing, bending, crawling, loading and unloading materials, pushing and pulling equipment.

Requirements

• Previous Construction and Home Improvement experience preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical exam
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Able to start work at 7 AM until 5 PM, Monday through Friday, occasionally a Saturday if needed
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be capable of completing a Job Specific Physical
