About the role

The Foundation Operations Manager supports and enhances the operational functions of the Foundation organization. They manage day-to-day operations, align programs and processes with Ministry-wide standards, support fund and database management, and manage the logistics and execution of meetings and fundraising events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of experience in a supporting role
• Preferred: Experience in philanthropy
• Other Skills: Management experience in meeting goals, Excellent writing and organization skills
