Responsibilities
- Oversight of all campaign-related activities from planning through the public phase and post-campaign assessment and stewardship.
- Partner with clinical and hospital leadership to identify and articulate campaign priorities.
- Create and manage day-to-day implementation of the campaign workplan.
- Convene and engage HHF staff to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Provide training to HHF staff, hospital and clinical partners, and board members as appropriate about campaigns.
- Monitor, track, and report on campaign progress and outcomes.
- Serve as the liaison and provide oversight to any external campaign consultants.
- Partner with colleagues across HHF to provide relevant donor engagement opportunities, execute campaign messaging, report on milestones and impacts, and create meaningful recognition touchpoints and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience in philanthropic setting (development/advancement/foundation), with a minimum of five years of campaign-related experience, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
- The ability to adapt to and lead through changing circumstances in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A creative approach to problem-solving coupled with strong critical-thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM/database required.
