About the role

The Foundation & Development Coordinator supports the Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer in the daily operation of the Foundation and helps plan and carry out its development program.

Job relationships: reports to Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer; collaborates with RAMC employees and leaders, RAMC Foundation Board of Directors, Manager of Resale Beyond the Expected Store, and RAMC Accounting Department.

Responsibilities

• Managing the grant process, including researching funding opportunities, writing and submitting grant proposals, tracking deadlines and awards, coordinating required reports, and maintaining grant records.
• Supporting major gifts, annual giving, corporate sponsorships, planned giving, and other fundraising activities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in grant writing highly preferred.
