Position Summary
The FCCM Program Manager’s primary role is to support the FCCM supervisors and lead case managers. The FCCM Program Manager would also be responsible for ensuring that program expectations are consistent across the program and that all staff complete required trainings. Responsible for the supervision and oversight of the above-mentioned program and personnel.
Essential Job Functions
- Aids in ensuring program staff follows all contractual and agency policies, procedures, and seamless delivery of services to children and their families.
- Aids in ensuring success of the FCCM program in areas related to program outcomes, contract compliance, and budgetary outcomes.
- Aids supervisors with keeping track of data related to performance evaluations.
- Provides support and guidance to staff to assist with meeting expectations.
- Aid supervisors with responding to QIs and complaints/grievances.
- Ensures supervisors are aware of how to respond to Oversight when missing documentation is identified.
- Follows up with all supervisors and CMs to ensure missing documentation is entered and a QI response is provided in CSWIS within required timeframes.
- Ensures monthly authorizations and check requests are entered timely.
- Will be the contact person to follow up with MACF accounting and/or providers when payment issues arise.
- Aid supervisors with developing team meeting agendas and/or trainings, as requested.
- Takes the lead on ensuring new CMs complete OJT tasks and attend all required trainings.
- Coincides with supervisors/lead CMs on providing training to CMs on tasks that are not covered in the MACF CM training modules.
- Aid RD with ensuring new supervisors are trained on supervisory tasks.
- Aid with on-call duties as determined/requested by the RD.
- Participates in required meetings for each program.
- Participates in other community meetings, work groups, and committees as needed and/or requested by RD.
Requirements
- Program Manager shall possess a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience and three (3) years of experience providing Wraparound services, community-based services, and/or case management services.
- Must have good knowledge of: Wraparound services, Missouri State Children’s Division practices; Missouri Department of Social Services funding streams; Missouri service systems; and experience in program development and understanding of administrative issues.

- Builds and maintains positive community relationships with funding and referral sources, Family Court, treatment providers, schools, and agency partners.
- Builds and maintains rapport with children, parents, and families as needed; actively managing and resolving conflicts.
- Plans, arranges, and/or provides crisis intervention services as needed.
- Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA standards for all assigned clients and families.
- Must be able to operate computer using agency approved software programs, and other office machines such as copier, calculator, telephone, etc.
- Must have the ability to navigate data entry systems.
- Strong psychosocial assessment and decision-making skills; possess good understanding of various treatment methodologies utilizing strength-based clinical interventions and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent time management, organization, planning, and assertive communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve conflict/problem-solve with minimal supervision.
- Must have the ability to work with people from various ethnic groups in a culturally competent manner.
- Working knowledge of risk management strategies and decision making that is legally and ethically sound.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and ability to use big picture thinking to plan and problem solve.
- Informs staff of agency goals and objectives and upholds individual strengths and accomplishments.
- Provides learning opportunities for staff through discussion, modeling, and professional development strategies.
Other Requirements
- Must hold a valid driver’s license, have and maintain a risk-free driving record.
- Must be willing to undergo initial and periodic child abuse/neglect, criminal history, sexual offender, and childcare/elder care disqualification list screenings.
- As requested, must submit fingerprints for review by the state of employment and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
- Must undergo a pre-employment drug screen and a pre-employment physical with the results showing no evidence of communicable disease.
Salary Description
$65,000 - $70,000
