Forward Product Engineering Lead

For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Forward Product Engineering Lead to drive technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation.

About the role

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing awareness of product health and manufacturing readiness
• Translate technical engineering information into operational insights
• Serve as a liaison between US and Israeli engineering teams
• Address operational concerns early to prevent issues
• Act as the first responder for product-related operational crises
• Support product transitions into manufacturing and mass production
• Assess operational impacts of technical changes

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in a relevant engineering field
• 12+ years in semiconductor product engineering or operations
• Experience leading technical issue resolutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Direct experience with networking or high-performance semiconductor products
• Understanding of yield management and manufacturing flows
• Experience as a technical liaison between engineering and operations

Pay

$168,000 – $322,000 annually
