About The Role Landing is bringing renting into the 21st century and using AI to power this vision. This team is like AI special ops — we are working with all areas of the business to help them create automated solutions to problems. We're looking for someone to join this team who is excited about finding gaps in the business, validating them with data, and prototyping solutions rapidly with AI. If you want to be hands on with teams, figuring out where they are struggling, and creating solutions using AI, this is the role for you. Responsibilities You will get hands on and spend time with internal and external stakeholders and identify the biggest problems they faceYou will collect the data needed to determine the biggest opportunities across teams to build more leverage with AIYou will prototype solutions to these problems using AI - going from ideas to demos in daysYou will work with the engineering team to turn those prototypes into full-fledged solutionsYou will leverage AI and other automated solutions to make your solutions get better over time without spending hours weekly on maintenance What We’re Looking For You are excited not just about what you can build with AI, but the impact it has on the stakeholders you work withStrong product instinct — can talk to a non-technical stakeholder, understand the need, and build the right thingData driven — willing to dig far into the data, often creating new reporting, to find the root causes of problems that need solvingYou already use AI every day to make yourself fasterFluent English speaker Nice to Haves Willing to relocate in the future to Birmingham, San Francisco, or Mexico City Benefits Dynamic work environmentContinuous training and professional development opportunitiesStable employment with a USA companyPaid time off
