Forward Deployed Strategist

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role partners closely with clients to uncover business challenges, shape problem statements, and turn ambiguous needs into actionable solution concepts. You will work at the intersection of consulting, AI, and technology to drive rapid discovery, workshop facilitation, and prototype development that supports measurable business outcomes. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to connect ideas to KPI- and ROI-based value. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Quickly understand and internalize client challenges and workflow realities Identify high-value opportunities by immersing in business operations Translate ambiguous business problems into clear problem statements and use cases Lead workshops and sessions to create alignment and momentum for solutions Define success in terms of business KPIs and quantify measurable value Build strong relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and active listening Prototype and iterate solutions using low/no-code and AI-assisted tools Qualifications 5+ years of consulting experience focused on technology-driven process optimization Exceptional communication skills, including executive storytelling and workshop leadership Proven ability to build trust with executives and stakeholders in fast-paced environments Experience translating ambiguous business problems into structured use cases and MVP scopes Ability to connect solution ideas to measurable business value through KPIs and ROI logic Hands-on experience with AI tools, analytics, and low/no-code platforms for prototyping Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, engineering, or a related field Benefits Opportunity to work at the intersection of consulting and technology Engage directly with business stakeholders to drive impactful AI solutions Collaborative environment with a focus on rapid prototyping and iteration Access to cutting-edge AI and data tools for solution development Potential for significant organizational impact through client partnerships Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
