Forward Deployed Engineer, Life Sciences

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and learn from senior engineers in customer environments during onboarding
• Take ownership of customer engagements and manage implementation priorities
• Build and deploy production-grade AI solutions in the MLOps lifecycle
• Advise data science teams on best practices on the company platform
• Lead key accounts and act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders
• Create reusable documentation and templates for knowledge sharing
• Provide product feedback from field experience to inform product development

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of SQL, R, and Bash
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Background in MLOps, including model deployment and monitoring
• Experience in regulated environments with strict compliance and security requirements
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business interactions
• Proven ability to work independently and adapt in new technical environments
