Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Deploy autonomous systems in critical and regulated industries such as financial services and insurance. Fine-tune models, run evaluations, and deploy AI Agents end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune models, RL on top of customer data, run and maintain evals, and more.
• Deploy and configure AI Agents end-to-end, from fine-tuning to on-site deployment with customers.
• Experience with bleeding-edge, best-in-class full-stack tools like TypeScript, Next.js, & Postgres.
• Knowledge of and passion for AI: strong fundamentals of RL, fine-tuning, agentic workflows, building extensive RAG pipelines, and more.
• Hunger to learn: Quickly learn how to work with services and tools even without previous experience.
• Impatient with execution, but patient with results (you’re the type of person who makes shit happen).

Requirements

• Experience with AI: Strong fundamentals of RL, fine-tuning, agentic workflows, building extensive RAG pipelines, and more.
• Passion for AI: Knowledge of and enthusiasm for AI technologies.
• Startup experience: Previous experience working in a startup environment.
• Built AI apps: Experience building AI applications.
• Personal interest in AI: Personal interest or background in AI-related fields.

Qualifications
