Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who thrives at the intersection of AI, engineering, and customer experience. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with enterprise customers - deeply understanding their marketing and data infrastructure, uncovering opportunities for AI automation, and helping design how JustAI plugs in to reshape their workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement integrations between JustAI and systems like Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Segment, and Snowflake
• Prototype new workflows or AI agents that can become part of the broader JustAI product
• Communicate closely with our customers to translate their needs into scalable platform features

Requirements

• A degree in computer science or equivalent experience in software engineering
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excited about working directly with customers
• High ownership, high impact - your work defines how AI meets real customer workflows

Qualifications

• Founding-stage startup backed by YC & Peak XV (Sequoia), and growing fast
• Work with leadership from Twitter, Pinterest, and Goldman Sachs

Skills

• Strong technical skills in software engineering
• Experience with integration development
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Interest in AI and its applications in marketing
