Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

This is a permanent, full-time position in New York for a fintech company that is expanding its engineering team. The role involves working on both the technical and client delivery aspects of projects, including defining problems, designing solutions, and delivering them end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have shipped production agentic AI systems, such as LangGraph, Claude Code, and MCP, and will be comfortable working across the full stack from infrastructure to client delivery. They should also have experience understanding institutional investor workflows, including buy side, sell side, and front office operations. The position is part of a small, high-ownership team with significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Define customer problems and design agentic solutions
• Owning the full stack from infrastructure to client delivery
• Understanding institutional investor workflows (buy side, sell side, front office)
• Using coding agents as part of daily workflow

Requirements

• Experience shipping production agentic AI systems (e.g., LangGraph, Claude Code, MCP)
