Forward Deployed Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Embed with customers to understand their workflows and design tailored AI solutions that deliver immediate impact.
• Build and maintain the infrastructure for conversational AI, including APIs, integrations, monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and deployments.
• Identify patterns across deployments and feed insights back into our core product roadmap.
• Operate with high autonomy in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with backend or systems focus.
• Proficiency in Python (or TypeScript/JavaScript), and familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• A strong communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus points for experience with vector databases, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
• Eagerness to work full-time in-person in NYC.
