Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Security

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Security to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This remote role will focus on guiding enterprise customers through post-sales technical onboarding, implementation, and adoption of AI security solutions. You will serve as the primary technical partner to customer teams while coordinating closely with Sales, Engineering, Services, and Product to accelerate time to value. The position calls for a hands-on engineer who can translate complex infrastructure and security requirements into structured deployment plans and repeatable delivery practices. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $152,200 – $228,400 annually Responsibilities Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, including planning and success metrics Own the post-sales relationship as the main technical contact for customer teams Develop and execute structured implementation plans for quick customer value realization Proactively manage risk by identifying blockers and escalating as needed Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Services, and Product teams Document repeatable processes, technical guides, and implementation templates Coordinate support needs and triage technical issues for efficient collaboration Qualifications 8+ years in a post-sales technical role, such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Integration Engineer Experience building and/or deploying AI systems and applications Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols Experience leading technical deployments in on-prem, hybrid, or complex SaaS integrations Experience with enterprise customers in regulated industries, especially AI/ML or cybersecurity products Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment, with comfort working through ambiguity and taking a self-directed, proactive approach Benefits Competitive salary and commission structure Opportunities for career growth and advancement Comprehensive benefits package Flexible work environment Supportive company culture focused on innovation Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
