Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Security

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Security to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive post-sales technical execution for customers adopting AI-driven solutions in complex enterprise environments. You will serve as the primary technical partner from onboarding through successful implementation, helping organizations move quickly from deployment to measurable value. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Services, Product, and support teams to remove blockers, strengthen adoption, and shape a repeatable customer experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $138,400 – $207,600 annually Responsibilities Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, including planning and success metrics Own the post-sales relationship as the primary technical contact for customer teams Develop structured implementation plans to ensure rapid achievement of first time to value Proactively manage risks by identifying blockers and escalating as needed Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Services, and Product teams Document repeatable processes, technical guides, and internal runbooks Coordinate support needs and triage technical issues for efficient collaboration with support teams Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback to inform future services Qualifications 8+ years in a post-sales technical role, such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Consultant Experience building and deploying AI systems and applications Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols Experience leading technical deployments across on-prem, hybrid, and complex SaaS integrations Experience supporting enterprise customers in regulated industries, especially AI/ML or cybersecurity products Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and remain comfortable with ambiguity Benefits Competitive salary and commission structure Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for career growth and advancement Flexible work environment Supportive culture focused on innovation Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
