Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Security

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer - AI Security to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own the post-sales technical engagement for enterprise customers, guiding onboarding and implementation from planning through successful adoption. The position blends hands-on technical leadership with customer advocacy, requiring close collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Services, Product, and Support teams to deliver measurable outcomes in complex AI security environments. The ideal candidate will help customers realize value quickly while documenting scalable processes and surfacing insights that improve future deployments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $138,400 – $207,600 annually Responsibilities Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, including planning and success metrics Own the post-sales relationship as the main technical contact for customer teams Develop and execute structured implementation plans for quick customer value realization Proactively manage risk by identifying blockers and escalating as needed Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Services, and Product teams Document repeatable processes, technical guides, and internal runbooks Coordinate support needs and triage technical issues with Support and development teams Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback to inform product roadmap Qualifications 8+ years in a post-sales technical role, such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Integration Engineer Experience building and/or deploying AI systems and applications Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols Experience leading technical deployments across on-prem, hybrid, and complex SaaS integrations Experience with enterprise customers in regulated industries, especially AI/ML or cybersecurity products Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment and work comfortably with ambiguity, self-direction, and initiative Benefits Competitive salary and commission Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for career growth and advancement Flexible work environment Supportive company culture focused on innovation Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
