About the Role

You will own the complete customer lifecycle, bridging the gap between engineering and sales. From architecting AI workflows and building high-speed POCs for prospects to shipping production integrations and driving long-term ROI, you’ll be the technical advisor for executive buyers. What You Will Do

• Map complex enterprise workflows into compelling automation roadmaps and build working POCs fast enough to pivot deals in real-time during meetings.
• Architect and configure AI-powered workflows across identity systems, HR platforms, and SaaS tools to ensure customers hit measurable ROI quickly.
• Translate field learnings and edge cases into product requirements, directly influencing the long-term vision and capabilities of the Console platform.

Ideal Candidate

• Has 3+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions architecture, or consulting with a proven ability to ship solutions and sell a vision simultaneously.
• Possesses deep technical curiosity and hands-on coding skills, capable of understanding complex systems under the hood while building from scratch.
• Demonstrates a founder's mindset with a strong sense of personal responsibility toward customer success and a desire to learn rapidly across multiple domains.
