Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Rasp, chisel, and brush all contact surfaces on Formulation equipment to remove material.
- Sweep, vacuum, and remove all powder material from equipment, floors, pipes, etc.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the mechanical operation of the Soft Line.
- Ability to be trained on equipment operation within the Formulation area of the Soft Line (Formulation Operator).
- Ability to operate Formulation equipment.
- Perform Lockout Tagout.
- Handle chemicals.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Utility Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Wear a respirator full duration of shift.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Certifications and Skills
- Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation.
- Ability to become certified in Lockout Tagout.
- Ability to become certified in Chemical Handling.
- Basic computer skills.

- Education: High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Physical Requirements
- Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings.
- Lift up to 60 lbs.
- Push/pull 100 lbs.
- Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria.
- Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises.
- Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions.
- Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift.
- Bend over multiple times throughout shift.
Task-Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Steel toed boots.
- Hearing protection.
- Cut resistant gloves.
- Safety glasses.
- High visibility vest.
- Hard hat.
- Respirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.).
Compensation
Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $22.66. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods.
