Formulation Scientist

Pay rate: $27–$30 per hour

About the role

Our client is a leader in contract manufacturing and integrated product development, formulation science, technical operations, packaging expertise, and in-house analytical and stability programs. They are hiring a Formulation Scientist to join their growing team.

Schedule

1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Formulation development of products
• Analytical testing
• Method development
• Manufacturing scale-up activities
• USP and compendial testing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Microbiology
• 1+ years of chemistry lab experience with formulating, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with USP testing methods and compendial requirements
• Working knowledge of basic microbiology techniques—plating, staining, microscopy
• Pharmaceutical vaccine experience preferred
