About the role
Develop scalable liquid formulations and delivery systems for enzyme products
Lead formulation development from experimental design and lab-scale execution through scale-up and production transfer
Use scientific principles to develop, optimize, and improve enzyme formulations
Apply Design of Experiments, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools to accelerate development and generate insights
Communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and technical presentations
Possess strong communication skills to translate technical insights into business impact
Resolve formulation and process challenges from lab scale through production
Support documentation, regulatory activities, and knowledge sharing
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable liquid formulations and delivery systems for enzyme products
- Lead formulation development from experimental design and lab-scale execution through scale-up and production transfer
- Use scientific principles to develop, optimize, and improve enzyme formulations
- Apply Design of Experiments, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools to accelerate development and generate insights

- Possess strong communication skills to translate technical insights into business impact
- Resolve formulation and process challenges from lab scale through production

Requirements
- MS with 3+ years or BS with 5+ years in formulation science, biochemistry, or related field
- Hands-on experience developing lab-scale liquid formulations, with a proven track record of scaling processes to larger volumes; experience with enzymes, proteins, or biologics preferred
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments
- Solid understanding of the scientific principles governing enzyme and enzyme-mixture stability, including failure-mode analysis and inactivation mechanisms
- Experience with analytical techniques such as SDS-PAGE, HPLC, NanoDSF, UV/Vis spectroscopy, microscopy, and microbial analysis
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Familiarity with data tools (Spotfire, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong communication skills to translate technical insights into business impact
- Curious mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
