Formulation & Production Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Formulation & Production Specialist to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, including batching, formula execution, and troubleshooting. Assist with batching and execution of formulas following established proceduresAccurately weigh, measure, and handle raw materials during productionSupport proper order of operations to maintain consistency and product integrityMonitor product texture, appearance, and performance during batchingFlag inconsistencies, issues, or deviations in real timeAssist with basic troubleshooting and process adjustments under guidanceMaintain clean, organized, and compliant production workspacesSupport documentation of batch records and production notes What does success look like in this role?
