The role will develop, manufacture, and optimize emulsions, nanoemulsions, and solution formulations , characterize physicochemical properties, and analyze data to support formulation/process development. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize ophthalmic formulations and prototypes.Perform characterization including particle/droplet size, stability, rheology, viscosity, pH, and osmolality . Establish formulation composition, performance, and CQA relationships. Analyze experimental data, identify risks, recommend follow-up studies, and prepare technical reports/presentations.Follow GDP, SOPs, quality, and laboratory safety requirements Required Qualifications Background in Chemistry, Surface Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field . Hands-on laboratory and formulation experience.Experience developing/manufacturing/characterizing emulsions and solutions Understanding of formulation principles and drug/medical-device development.Ability to learn and operate laboratory equipment quickly. Preferred PhD, regulated-industry experience, and knowledge of surfactant behavior Key Equipment/Techniques Microfluidizer, ShearJet, homogenizer, DLS, laser diffraction, LUMiSizer, rheometer, and Langmuir trough .
