Form Tooling Changeover Technician

Motus Integrated Technologies is seeking a skilled Form Tooling Changeover Technician to join our team in Holland, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and changeover operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform form tooling changeovers efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all equipment is set up correctly before production begins
• Monitor production processes for quality control
• Document all changeovers and production issues for future reference
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using standard tools and equipment
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with changeover procedures in a manufacturing environment
