Form Gayrimenkul is hiring controllers to review and validate real estate valuation reports prepared by certified valuation specialists. The role involves technical and value-based quality checks, coordination with bank representatives and specialists during the review process, and ensuring reports meet company standards before submission to relevant institutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and value-based quality control of real estate valuation reports prepared by certified valuation specialists.
• Coordinate and communicate with bank officials and specialists during the report review process.
• Ensure valuation reports comply with Form Gayrimenkul’s standards.
• Facilitate the submission of approved reports to relevant institutions.

Requirements

• Must hold a Gayrimenkul Değerleme Uzmanı (Real Estate Valuation Specialist) license.
• Candidates with degrees in Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Architecture, or Urban and Regional Planning will also be considered.
• Prior experience in bank report control processes is mandatory.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
• While not required, candidates with professional experience are encouraged to highlight it in their CVs.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ankara.
