Key Responsibilities

• Constructing Forms: Building molds for concrete structures.
• Reading Blueprints: Interpreting architectural blueprints and engineering plans.
• Measuring and Cutting Materials: Using tools to measure, cut, and assemble materials.
• Ensuring Stability: Making sure forms are stable and safe during concrete pouring.
• Collaboration: Working with engineers, project managers, and other construction professionals.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements

• 5 years of concrete experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Understanding of elevations/grades and ability to establish grade.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to plan, organize, and complete work within set timelines.
• Ability to manage material schedules and orders.
• Ability to perform Anchor Bolt Layout and Construction Layout.

Pay

Pay will depend on experience. Per diem will be paid if not local.
