Forklift / Warehouse Associate - Superior, Second Shift

About the role

We’re hiring a second shift Forklift/Warehouse Associate at our AMSOIL Center in Superior, WI. This role supports our second-shift operation and helps maintain efficient warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Unload incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Rotate and maintain product inventory using the FIFO process.
• Support inventory integrity through cycle counts and quality control inspections.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse and forklift experience, preferably in a high-volume warehouse.
• Basic computer skills for daily warehouse operations.
• Experience using RF scanners or similar barcode scanning systems for accurate tracking and inventory management.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail for accuracy in all tasks.

Pay

Your compensation reflects your value. We offer a total hourly rate of $24.25, including shift differential pay of $2.00/hour for second shift. Additional earning opportunities include performance-based rewards and annual merit increases.
