Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience
- Ability to work in a facility located in Lebanon, IN
- Capable of working in temperatures as low as -5°F for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong focus, situational awareness, and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining product integrity
- Stack pallets correctly following inventory guidelines
- Sort, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Learn and operate inventory management software
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
