About the role
Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. This role involves operating yard tractors and various warehouse equipment to handle retail goods.

- Equipment: Stand-up and Sit-Down Forklifts, Cherry Pickers, Pallet Jacks, and more
Pay
- Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour
- Overtime Pay: $33.00 per hour
- Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour when assigned to second or third shift
Schedule
- Wednesday - Saturday
- Dispatch: 5:00 pm - 3:30 am

Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
- Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
- Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks
- Safely handle and maneuver tractor trailers on the yard (not on public roads)
- Comply with safety and DOT regulations, continuous training, and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
- Maintain accurate records, logs, yard inventory, and moves
- Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Verifiable driving experience in "like" equipment:
- 9 months experience in the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
- Pass a Ryder drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check (including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years)
- Pass a DOT physical and Yard Driver Examination
- Valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice requirements, if applicable to the site
- Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment and self-driven to excel
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of multitasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Ability to:

- Read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Work independently and as a team member
- Lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs

Note: This position does not require the operation of CDL-regulated equipment. However, candidates with a valid Commercial Drivers License will be subject to FMCSA requirements, including a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query.
