About the role

The Forklift Driver supports Value-Added Services (VAS) operations by safely moving, replenishing, storing, and retrieving inventory throughout the distribution center. This position requires experience operating material-handling equipment, using RF technology, and working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF device to process VAS inventory moves, replenishments, and put-away tasks.
• Safely operate Drexel, Turret, Order Selector, and Long John equipment.
• Pick and move full pallets accurately according to assigned labels and system instructions.
• Transport merchandise to designated locations within the facility.
• Verify product, quantity, and storage location to help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow all equipment safety rules, warehouse procedures, and company policies.
• Assist in other departments or work areas based on operational needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support department workload.

Requirements

• Experience using RF devices in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to safely operate Drexel, Turret, Order Selector, and Long John equipment.
• Forklift certification or the ability to successfully complete company-required equipment training.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Flexibility to work in different areas of the facility and perform a variety of assignments.
• Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform the physical requirements of the position throughout the shift.
