Forklift Operator/Sorter - 2nd Shift

Role Overview

The TPM Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently sorting, handling, and transporting pallets within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pallet sorting, debris removal, and quality assessment.
• Operating forklifts to move pallets, containers, and materials.
• Loading and unloading trucks with pallets, ensuring proper securement.
• Performing safety inspections, adhering to safety protocols, and wearing PPE.

Qualifications and Skills

• Warehouse or industrial equipment experience, with forklift operation skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures; forklift certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical and Working Conditions

The role involves physical labor, working in a warehouse setting with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations. PPE is required.
