Forklift Operator, Regular Full-Time (2nd Shift) Incl. Benefits

Responsibilities

• Live unloading of finished products for distribution
• Handling shipments and putting them away in appropriate areas
• Maintaining inventory through cycle counting and workflow practices within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Implementing continuous improvement practices in a best-in-class facility environment
• Working collaboratively with a team to support various warehouse roles and jobs
• Driving a pallet jack, hand truck, forklift, or reach truck
• Using a WMS and RF gun to manage tasks
• Ensuring attention to detail, quality, and safety in all operations
• Working flexible hours including 8-12 hour shifts

Requirements

• Basic math and computer skills
• Experience driving a pallet jack, hand truck, forklift, and/or reach truck
• Experience in shipping and receiving or fulfillment (parcel picking)
• Experience with WMS and WMS/RF Gun
• A positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally, stand for prolonged periods, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, climb, and look back while driving forklifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

• Warehouse fundamentals and processes
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Pay

$24.85 per hour plus $1.20 shift differential for Second Shift.
