Forklift Operator - Material Handler

A Day in the Life

You will operate forklifts and other MHE to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products. This includes picking materials for production and preparing finished goods for shipment.

You'll be a guardian of our quality, ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, damage-free, and meet our high standards.

You will conduct daily equipment inspections, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and operate all equipment safely, in compliance with OSHA standards and L’Oréal’s safety programs.

You will assist in maintaining tight inventory control by ensuring proper stock rotation, participating in physical inventories, and keeping accurate records to support the team.

Requirements

• A solid foundation in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• The ability to meet OSHA and L'Oréal standards for forklift and MHE certification.
• Proficiency in operating powered industrial equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with other teams.
• A proactive mindset, with good organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required.
