Forklift Operator - Material Handler

Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

About the role

In this role, you will be a key part of our warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate and safe movement of products. Your work directly contributes to getting our world-class beauty products to consumers, from receiving to shipping.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) to load, unload, transport, and store products.
• Use RF scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately track all product movements and paperwork.
• Prepare products for shipment by performing labeling, sorting, wrapping, and packing as needed.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and assist in physical inventories to ensure accuracy and product integrity.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis (no immigration support/sponsorship offered).
• Commitment to safety and quality, with adherence to all safety protocols (including OSHA standards).
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and computer systems (SAP is a plus).
• Willingness to learn new operations and adapt to a changing organization.
