Forklift Operator II - 1st Shift

About the role

To build custom orders to fulfill order requests. The position is also responsible for the transport of merchandise from trailers to storage locations and from storage areas to trailers for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Receive a pull task with information on the hard surface material to be pulled and retrieve the correct material with a lift truck.
• Transport pallets by forklift to and from locations.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Wrap and band hard surface materials prepared on pallets.
• Prepare and package miscellaneous items in boxes for shipment.
• Tape and repair any damaged packages.
• Raise/lower dock plate.
• Use orange cone system for full or empty trailers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Pay

$23.43 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start time (subject to change).
• 8-hour non-rotating shift.
