Overview
As a team member, the Forklift Operator/Dry Warehouse Team Member controls the receipt, storage, and use of raw materials in the facility. They prioritize personnel and food safety at all times.

Responsibilities
- Maintain production needs
- Maintain and monitor Miners bins/Schick system
- Be responsible for all bulk ingredient hook ups and sign offs
- Unload / load trucks of ingredients
- Label and put away ingredients
- Maintain a fast work pace
- Computer/ Microsoft Excel understanding
- Cycle counting and inventory monitoring
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year work experience
- Must be previously forklift certified
- Must have HS diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to work assigned hours, including overtime
- Computer proficiency with SAP and RF Gun
- The ability to make arithmetic calculations, complete routine reports and forms
- The ability to understand and follow directions as given are also necessary
- Good verbal and interpersonal skills are essential
- Must work closely with others in a team atmosphere
- Able to read, write and understand instructions, warnings, labels and postings in English effectively
- Experience with OSHA regulations, BRC Standards and Warehouse GMPs
- A good grasp of inventory management (cycle counting, materials management, etc.)
- Act, react and interact with respect and regard for others
- Able to anticipate what needs to be done & commits to take ownership to ensure it is done
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet changing priorities with urgency in a fast-paced shipping environment
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills, and teach others by sharing knowledge to grow self and the business
- Courage to challenge the status quo, embrace changes and decisions that drive progress
- Strong understanding of sanitation, food handling, and food safety practices in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Must have prior experience and be certified on Standup Lift, and Sit-down lift
- Be able to operate a battery changer and adhere to the PPE processes while working around batteries
