About the role
Safely move goods and materials in a busy industrial environment to support efficient production and shipping processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, lift trucks, and hoists safely.
- Utilize electronic scanning systems to track inventory and product locations.
- Perform pre-operation inspections and report equipment issues.
- Prepare shipments, consolidate pallets, and operate shrink wrap machines.
- Load and unload trailers, move products within the facility, and follow safety protocols.
- Assist with other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year mobile equipment experience or comparable.
- Basic computer skills, math proficiency, and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of distribution documentation, warehouse organization, and inventory control.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
