Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operating powered and non-powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Performing shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and QA inspections
• Ensuring safety protocols, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to company standards such as 5S
• Using RF devices to process inbound and outbound shipments accurately, inspecting freight, and ensuring proper documentation
• Loading shipments, palletizing, and inspecting inbound freight for damage
• Performing forklift inspections and adhering to C-TPAT compliance for international shipments
• Supporting inventory accuracy and providing backup support across departments when needed

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years warehouse experience, including one year of stand-up forklift operation
• Forklift certification for Reach, Dock stocker, or Sit-down forklifts
• Proficiency with RF scanners, strong math, reading, and writing skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Team-oriented with attention to safety, detail, and ability to multi-task

Additional Details

Warehouse attire is required, and no driving is involved. Shift hours are from morning to afternoon, with free parking available.
