Forklift Operator

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

• Packing with Care – Select finished products for customer orders and prepare shipping procedures while ensuring compliance with food safety requirements. Perform sanitation inspections and move trash, scrap, and debris.
• Following Best Practices – Verify that all appropriate goods are being shipped to the correct destination.
• On-Time Scheduling – Schedule incoming/outbound materials and finished product shipments.
• Continuous Improvement – Learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) on stand-up forklifts and high-reach trucks, and have a strong understanding of required audits within the facility.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Willingness and ability to work night shift.
• Willingness and ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform other duties as assigned.
• Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with company policies.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.
• No more than one forklift-related violation or property damage within one (1) year.
