Forklift Operator

About the role

We are looking for safety-oriented individuals to join our team as a Forklift Operator in our climate-controlled facility in Tolleson, AZ. This role is eligible for our Performance Pay program, which could offer up to a 6% quarterly bonus based on skills and contribution to the plant’s overall performance.

Pay

Starting salary: $22.50 per hour. Shift differential: $1.00 per hour for shifts between 7pm and 7am.

Schedule

This facility operates on a 5-2-2-5 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts (6:45am–7pm and 6:45pm–7am). You will rotate between day and night shifts every two weeks. Only candidates able to work this schedule will be considered. Tolleson operates on a point-based attendance program.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and finished product using a forklift.
• Complete inventory and department documentation (both manually and using a computer software system).
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and fueling of equipment.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience operating a forklift safely in a manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environment.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts on a 5-2-2-5 schedule.

Physical Requirements

• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to 12 hours per day in a loud, noisy, and high-volume environment.
• Be on your feet for prolonged periods and occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
