About the Role: Closets By Design Arizona is looking for a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced warehouse environment where your work directly supports the delivery of beautiful, custom storage solutions to customers across the valley. Responsibilities: Safely operate forklift equipment to move, stack, and organize materials and inventory throughout the warehouse unload delivery trucks and check off Materials being deliveredMaintain accurate inventory by properly staging and storing products in designated locationsConduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report any equipment issues to managementFollow all warehouse safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company proceduresKeep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazardshelp out in shop when needed Requirements: Valid forklift certification or operator license required1+ years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environmentAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyReliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience with inventory management or warehouse systems is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities About Us: Closets By Design Arizona is a leading provider of custom closets, garage storage, home office solutions, and more, proudly serving the Phoenix area and beyond.
